US implicates GEJ’s, Dasuki?

The United States has provided an insight into why the country did not help Nigeria to combat Boko Haram at the height of insurgency during the administration of Goodluck Jonathan.

Ambassador Samantha Power who is the US ambassador to the United Nations said that the country was not impressed with Nigeria’s political will and corruption tendencies.

Vanguard reports that Power made this revelation at the American University of Nigeria to round off her visit to IDPs camps in Adamawa state on Saturday, April 23.

The ambassador disclosed that although the US was investing in the security aspect of Nigeria, it was not involved in combating Boko Haram.

Sambo Dasuki and goodluck jonathan

She disclosed the U.S government was monitoring the political will of Nigeria then to tackle the insurgency but was not convinced of the country’ seriousness due to the corrupt tendencies that were associated with the issue of those fighting the insurgency.

“But, when the Muhammadu Buhari led Federal Government came on board, the U.S recognizes his full commitment to stop the insurgency and the anti-corruption crusade, the U.S has no alternative than to back the present administration.”

samantha power and president muhammadu Buhari

“The U.S, as part of our new resolve and commitment is now training a battalion of soldiers that will soon return home to face the insurgents headlong. The battalion will be a high performing one equipped with the American terrorism combat and techniques on their return.”

She commended Nigeria, Chad, Cameroon and Niger under auspices of Lake Chad Commission for their collaborative effort in combating the Boko Haram insurgents.
The United States acknowledged the seriousness of these countries in their combined efforts against terrorism and it is paying off now.”

She urged the soldiers to protect liberated tows so as to allow returnees start a fresh life.

Top military and security officials that served during the Jonathan administration are under investigation for the misuse of fund that was meant for the procurement of arms. Sambo Dasuki who was the former national security adviser has been in detention since November 2015 for his role in the misappropriation of $2.1 billion.

My issue with Wizkid…why I took the case to the police – Linda Ikeji Explains

’m sure many of you have read that the police is now
involved in my issue with Wizkid. Yes, I reported his
public threat to me two Sundays ago to the Lagos State
Commissioner of Police and I want to explain why I did
it! Please pay attention and keep an open mind.
I’ve read a lot online from people saying I don’t like
Wizkid. Even Wizkid himself thinks I don’t like him. Why
he or anyone would think so is puzzling to me to be
honest. Apart from his achievements after he started
insulting me online a few weeks ago…everything else,
every success Wizkid has recorded in the last 3/4 years
is on LIB. All the awards, all the record breaking feats,
his sold out concerts, his foreign magazine features, and
collaborations, everything that has built him up to the
young man he is today is on LIB. Please verify! Search
my blog. Please continue…
I was a huge Wizkid fan. The only song I danced harder
to than his ‘Dance For Me’ track was Fuse ODG’s
‘Antenna and Kiss Daniel & DJ Shabzy’s Raba. So, no, I
had no dislike for Wizkid. But about a year ago, I noticed
his indirect snide remarks at me…and when some other
music star beefed with me, Wizkid showed his support
and made disrespectful comments. That was when I
noticed he had issues with me… but that didn’t stop me
from writing about him and celebrating him.
Now to the issue at hand. When I reported that he was
served quit notice at his Lekki home, I stated fact and I
didn’t write it out of malice. It’s not everyday you get
exclusive stories…and I’m sure any other blogger who
got the story first would also have published it. So, there
was no beef, I was just doing my job. A day or so after I
wrote this story, Wizkid went on my instagram page to
call me names and lied that I slept with some director of
his…which I have said before is 1000% lies! But the
insult and lies is not why the police is now involved.
Here’s the thing; You can insult me, insult my family., call
me any names you like, even lie that I slept with your
forefathers…but don’t threaten me. If you threaten me, I
will act!
I read people online saying that I reported to the police
because I am scared of Wizkid. No, my darlings, I am
not afraid of Wizkid. Though I do not take his threats
lightly. I went to the authorities for two reasons…and
please young boys of our generation, pay attention to
what I am about to write below...
You see, violence against women and threat of violence
against women is not okay. Threatening harm to
someone in a public space is a criminal act in every
country of the world, including Nigeria. I bet some of you
didn’t know that, yeah? You can not publicly threaten
someone with harm. You will only get away with it if your
victim doesn’t report to the authorities. If they do, you
will have a case with the police and I promise you, the
police take these things seriously.
I reported this case to the authorities because I want our
young men to know this is not okay. You should not
raise your hands on a woman. You shouldn’t even
threaten to raise your hands on a woman. Wizkid wrote
that he would send his 16 year old cousin to beat the shit
out of me. Letting Wizkid get away with it is basically
telling our young men that this is okay…and it’s not!
After Wizkid made the threat to me, I saw a lot of teen
boys hailing and applauding him. To them, this was
okay. If their idol can threaten a woman with harm, and
use derogatory words, they also can do it…and that’s
how the circle of abuse of women continues. Women
being called ‘smelly pussy’ trended online for a day or
two! Little boys were happy to use the words. Sad!
It is appalling to me that anyone, especially women,
would cheer Wizkid on. When he wrote RIP Linda, I saw a
few young girls write same, laughing. This is not a
laughing matter. It doesn’t matter whether you like me or
not! This is not about Linda Ikeji. This is about abuse of
women which has eaten deep into our society, so deep
that it has now been accepted as normal. Men do it all
the time and get away with it. So many women are
battered by their husbands and they refuse to speak up
because of the stigma. They refuse to seek help because
they are afraid of what people will say. I am sorry, I am
not one of those women. I refuse to be victimized. And
as long as I have my voice and my platform, I will speak
up.
We women have to come together to lend a strong voice
to the plight of women in our continent. When we see a
woman being physically and mentally abused, let’s act.
Let’s speak up. Let’s not laugh and say she deserves it.
If we continue to keep quiet, the circle of abuse will
continue. And one day, You, yes You, will find yourself in
the receiving end of a thundering slap, followed by heavy
blows. If not you, then maybe your daughter? Let’s
condemn violence and threat of violence against women!
This is not acceptable!
Young men like Wizkid, a father of two young boys
himself, should never advocate violence against women.
One day, he will have a daughter, how would he feel if
another male threatens to put hands on her or even calls
her a hoe?
I can’t count how many times Wizkid called me a hoe in
his rant against me. That’s what boys do. When they get
into a fight with a woman, they try to slut-shame her.
Smelly pussy, hoe, ashawo etc. You call a woman, who
gave another young woman, whose real name she
doesn’t even know N500,000 just because she said she
would rather work by carrying cement than prostitute
herself (yes, Blessing Nicholas got N500k from me),
that’s the person you call a hoe? When your mind is so
warped you can’t differentiate between a woman and a
hoe, then this is what happens. Except you drive to
Sanusi Fanfuwa at 2am to pick up a prostitute, who
proudly describes herself as one, then you shouldn’t call
any woman a hoe.
Even Tupac who was a well known thug could
differentiate between the types of women he dealt with.
When asked in an interview why he called women
bitches, he said people shouldn’t confuse things, that he
wouldn’t address a mother or a sister the way he would
address a bitch, that the bitches were the ones he dealt
with in the clubs who behaved like one. He reiterated that
he respected women!
In more civilized countries, Wizkid would have lost his
endorsements and spent the next year or so apologizing
and being in the fore-front of promoting anti-violence
crusades against women. It took Chris Brown years to
get back on his feet after his assault on a woman. Up till
today, he doesn’t have any major endorsements and
some countries still deny him entrance into their country
i.e Australia for something he did 7 years ago. Yes,
violence against women is serious!
And there’s the case of incitement. When you have power
and influence, you have to be careful what you say in
public. Because you have such power, something you
say can influence your followers. A fan can commit acts
that even you may not support or might not even
condone. But because it came out of your mouth, they
think you mean it. So it is irresponsible to say things that
might be inciteful. In Law, you can be held responsible
when people act based on what you said in public. Tupac
was charged to court and indicted after some thugs killed
a police officer. The thugs went to court and mentioned
that their idol encouraged violence against LA police
officers in a song where he said ‘Drop a cop’. So, we
folks with some measure of influence should be more
careful with our utterances. People are watching and
listening!
The second reason I filed a police report is to encourage
other women in similar situations to do same. My dear
ladies, if a man threatens to puts hands on you, and you
feel the threat is real, report to the authorities. Don’t wait
until he does it. What if you don’t survive it? If he’s
picked up and may be charged to court (yes, you can be
charged to court for making threats…it’s a misdemeanor
with a prison sentence), then he will think twice before
making threats against you in the future or any other
woman for that matter.
I went as far as I did for me and for other women. This is
to pass a strong message to our young men that these
kinds of behaviour towards women will not be tolerated.
Should not be tolerated. If you assault or even threaten
to assault a woman, the law will come after you if she
chooses not to be silent. Women, don’t be silent. Let’s
break the circle. For your sake, for my sake, for the sake
of our daughters, grand daughters, great grand daughters
and all other women that will follow them.
And that’s really all I have to say in the matter. Thank
you guys for reading
And to Wizkid fans, please be rest assured that I wish
him all the best in life. He will continue to grow from
strength to strength (as long as he doesn’t endorse
violence against women) and his light will never diminish.
God brought him to this level and will continue to keep
him. I have nothing but love for his craft and hope that
one day, we will put this behind us.
God bless him, me, you and everyone else in the world
Cheers.
Oh and by the way, I’m starting my vlog series soon.
#excited!

6 Things Anyone Who Just Finished NYSC Can Relate With

Now that they have hung the jungle boots and folded
there khaki away, life has just begun as a Nigerian
graduate. You know all the dreams and ideas, they had
while in school and waiting to hit the ground running with
after NYSC, well, the time has come to make it happen.
Your destiny is in your hands now and you have o make
the best of your time – And because life doesn’t always
go through the pattern we dream of it,
Below are 6 things most of these ex corp members will
definitely go through…
Getting ready to trek: We all know the jobs in Nigeria are
fewer than the available number of graduates hence the
struggle to grab the few available ones are too real for
those people who have no ‘oga at he top’. This isn’t the
endurance trek -NO! This is the one where you deck up in
your best shirt, skirt/trousers and the traditional brown
envelope, head out early to make that appointment for
your first interview and subsequent ones or to submit our
cv anywhere and everywhere just in case there is an
opening.
Parents don’t care anymore: Now you are going to
realize that your parents who provided for your every
single need back in the university, will no longer do. they
are either focusing on your siblings in school or easing
off the stress of child rearing. So, all they do now is pray
and hope you get a job, so you too can come and take
care of them.

Nigeria as a student is different from Nigeria as a
graduate: Now you are going to realize that life is not a
bed of roses. Things have changed and you are now your
own boss. Life is going to step on your toes, there will be
times when it looks like your dreams will never come true
or that God doesn’t answer prayers anymore but you are
going to gave to keep moving.
Uncles don’t really care: Sadly, you are going to find that,
that uncle who ave you a pat on the back and said ‘send
me your cv when you graduate so I place you
somewhere’, would now tell you that he has very little
power to do anything for you. The sadder part, their child
who also just passed out of NYSC the same time like
you, wouldn’t have a problem getting a job.
Bills won’t pay themselves: Now you are now an adult.
Like your parents say ‘we won’t always be there for you,
a time will come when you have to stand upon your own
too feet.” Now that time has come, and you are standing
on your own two feet without a job in a sight and bills o
pay but keep strong, there is God.
No more allowee: This is the moment where you realize
that the constant N19k which you were paid as a corper
and took for granted, will no longer come your way. This
won’t matter to you, if you get a job immediately (which
we hope you do) but would start to look like the whole
world is against you, when you check your account
balance and the little you saved up is about to finish.

MTN’S TOP EXECUTIVE SAID TO PLAN EXIT AMID NIGERIA FINE OPTIMISM

MTN Group Ltd. Executive Chairman
Phuthuma Nhleko, who returned to lead the
African wireless company’s negotiations over
a record $3.9 billion fine in Nigeria, is moving
forward with plans to step down next month,
according to a person familiar with the matter,
a sign he’s confident a resolution will be
reached by then.
Nhleko won’t return to a non-executive role
before he comes to an agreement with the
Nigerian Attorney General, said the person,
who asked not to be identified because the
plans are private. The chairman took the
executive position on a six-month basis in
November in order to “proactively deal” with
the Nigerian authorities after Chief Executive
Officer Sifiso Dabengwa resigned, Nhleko said
at the time.
The plan for an on-time departure provides a
ray of clarity, however thin, into a murky,
months-long crisis that’s gutted the share
value of Johannesburg-based MTN by one-
third. Getting it solved has been the top
priority of Nhleko, who ran MTN as CEO for
almost nine years until 2011. The company
proposed a $1.5 billion package last month
that included 150 billion naira ($754 million)
in cash alongside other incentives. The
Nigerian government hasn’t formally
responded, though some lawmakers have
called for even bigger fines.
MTN spokesman Chris Maroleng didn’t
immediately respond to a phone call seeking
comment and asked for e-mailed questions. A
spokesman for the Nigerian Attorney General
said he was preparing a statement, without
saying what it would contain.
Unregistered Subscribers
MTN was hit by the penalty in October for
missing a government-imposed deadline to
disconnect 5.1 million subscribers who had
been declared unregistered in the country
following a crackdown on security. The fine
was later reduced by 25 percent from an
original $5.2 billion. While the lower amount
equates to almost three times MTN’s 2015 net
income, a spokesman for the West African
country’s House of Representatives said last
month the original levy should be doubled to
$10 billion.
MTN shares have declined 33 percent since the
penalty was made public on Oct. 26, valuing
the company at 236 billion rand ($16 billion).
The shares declined 0.6 percent to 127.99 rand
as of 3:41 p.m. in Johannesburg on Tuesday.
Nigeria has been fighting an Islamist
insurgency led by the Boko Haram group, who
have killed at least 20,000 people in their
campaign to bring Sharia law to Africa’s
largest economy. MTN is Nigeria’s largest
mobile-phone company with more than 61
million subscribers, about a third of the
population.

LASU: Why More Students May Be Killed

– Not a few Nigerians were jolted by the
news of the murder of a fast rising hip
hop artiste, Damola Olaniyan aka
Damouche at the gate of the Lagos State
University, Ojo on Thursday. Damouche
was shot twice in the head, apparently
from a high caliber weapon and at close
range too.
Though the police have intervened and suspects have
been arrested, there are fears that the war might just
have started. Street Journal’s findings revealed that the
cause of the shooting was a clash between members of
the Black Axe and Buccaneers confraternities....

Some sources on campus also disclosed that members
of the Supreme Eiye Confraternity had issues with the
other two groups making it difficult for the uninitiated
to “know who is killing who”. In what appeared to be a
reprisal attack, another undergraduate of the institution
who was simply identified as Kabiru was killed late on
Sunday around Abeokuta Street in Okokomaiko, bu
suspected members of the Buccaneers Confraternity.
Some students were later arrested at a party in Ishashi,
Okokomaiko.
Street Journal’s findings revealed that more blood may
still flow because the supremacy battle between the cult
groups has it has its root in the indoctrination members
are given in their various groups. As such the
supremacy battle may continue for a while. Findings
reveal that one of the tenets in the creed of the Neo
Black Movement, otherwise known as Black Axe is
“forgiveness is a sin”.
In other words, any insult or injustice meted out to the
brotherhood or any of its members must be avenged
without delay or any option of forgiveness. The
Buccaneers on the other hand are known to be firm
believers in their “no price, no pay” doctrine. Their
simply rule is that whoever comes looking for their
trouble must be given trouble in full measure.
A student disclosed to Street Journal that ss it stands
now, “the scores currently sand at 1-1 which is not a
good way to end a game, everybody is afraid because
more attacks will definitely happen and at times, even
the innocent can get hurt”.

Hope for Nigeria...repentant Nigerian

When You Kill Igbos, You Kill The Economy – Okonjo- Iweala Advices Buhari

The former Minister of Finance Dr. Mrs.
Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala about an hour ago
wrote on her official facebook page. When
you save the life of anyone, you’re
contributing productively to the economy..

Buhari: I’m Committed To Jonathan’s China Deal

Jonathan’s China Deal – President
Muhammadu Buhari says Nigeria cannot
afford to lose the enormous potential in
China-Nigeria economic and trade
cooperation.
On trade and economic ties, Buhari said his government
remains committed to contracts signed by Goodluck
Jonathan, his predecessor, with Chinese firms on
railway, roads and hydroelectric dam projects.
He referred to the bilateral relationship as a
development opportunity that Nigeria cannot afford to
lose.
Speaking to Xinhua, Chinese news agency, prior to his
state visit to China, Buhari said Nigeria and China enjoy
vast opportunities in cooperation in such fields as
agriculture, mining, electric power generation, and
railway and road construction.
“China has the technical and financial capacity and the
experience of development while retaining the goodwill
to help Nigeria. So, really, this is an opportunity Nigeria
cannot afford to lose,” Buhari said.
“In spite of being the largest economy in Africa, Nigeria
is still badly in need of these projects, which China, as
the world’s second-largest economy, has the capacity
to undertake.”
He expressed Nigeria’s readiness to expand the
development of industries, especially in manufacturing
and textile industries, and speed up infrastructure
construction, which presents huge opportunities for
both China and Nigeria.
“The opportunities that present themselves for us … are
virtually limitless,” he said, adding that 62 percent of
the Nigerian population is under the age of 35 and the
jobless rate among this group is very high.
“The best way to tackle unemployment is to develop
agriculture and the mining industry, which China has
the capacity to help. Some Chinese enterprises have
already been involved in the mining industry in
Nigeria’s northern provinces”.
Hope For Nigeria

NYSC DG explains why March allowance has not been paid

The Director General of NYSC, Brig Gen Olawumi this
morning released a statement explaining why the
March allowance to Youth Corps members have not
been paid. Read his statement below
My dear Corps members, l sincerely regret the late
payment of your March allowance.
For avoidance of doubt, your allowances do not
come to the NYSC as the scheme has no account.
Once it is approved by the Federal Ministry of
Finance, it goes to the Central Bank account from
where it is disbursed directly to Corps members
account.
It is the beauty of the Treasury Single Account and
that explains why you get the whole allowance in
full without any charges.
As at now, we are liaising vigorously with the
Ministry so that fund is released to the CBN GIFMIS
account and once it is done, it takes us just minutes
through the online platform to remit straight to all
the 244,532 Corps members in service.
We are equally mounting pressure on the Ministry
to ensure that the April allowance for 2015 Batch A
and the outstanding one month allowance for
Stream 2, Batch A 2015 is also paid as quickly as
possible.
It has become necessary to explain this so as to
clear the erroneous believe that the Scheme is
holding Corps members allowance.
Please just exercise patience as this will be
resolved in a couple of days.
God bless you my children!

Wizkid, Jidenna set to collaborate?

Afro pop star Wizkid was recently spotted with Nigerian-American hip-hop artiste Jidenna in a studio in Los Angeles and from all indications a new collaboration might be in the offing.

The Ojuelegba star, according to several reports, has taken a break from performing at his current world tour but from all indications he is not staying far away from the craft.
The new photo suggests both stars are cooking something fresh for the fans. This seems very believable considering that in a 2015 Billboard interview, the Classic Man rapper stated that he has always fancied Wizkid’s artistry.
Jidenna said to Billboard in the interview: “ I love his voice, I love his production team. I was just hanging out with them recently. I’m looking forward to what’s to come, and I love his catalog already.”
In June 2015, both artistes performed at the African Festival and the reception was massive.

Wizkid will be back to performing at his world tour in a few days as he thrills fans in Zambia, Freetown and Malaysia among other countries.
The former EME singer has managed to fly high in spite of being ruffled by a number of controversial issues such as baby mama dramas and allegations of song theft, among other things.
Wizkid is a 25-year-old multi award-winning pop star and brand ambassador.
He currently runs StarBoy Entertainment and has previously released two studio albums – Superstar and AYO.

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian take the kids on family day out

Kanye West, Kim K, Kendal Jenner, North West, Penelope Disick and her mum Kourtney all enjoyed a cultural family day out on Saturday at the Los Angeles County Museum Of Art....

Crazy Drama Between Linda Ikeji & WizKid

Wow! WizKid is not holding back anything as he’s shot out at Linda Ikeji once again, this time saying she’s almost 40 and sad.
Earlier today Linda Ikeji wrote out a detailed response to a WizKid diss claiming WizKid leased his house and has been trying to get her to write more positive things about him online. See the
full post here . She also hinted that WizKid is much older than his proclaimed 25 years of age.
WizKid in turn has denied being older than 25 and even went as far as saying her vajayjay stinks (wonder how he knows) and other things.

From factory worker to Queen: Nigerian King marries Jamaican woman who was a factory worker in Canada (photos)

A Nigerian Prince who returned home from his base in Toronto Canada in 2015 was crowned the King of Iwo land, and by his side was Jamaican girlfriend turned wife who is a former factory worker, Chanel Chin. Chanel is the daughter of popular Rastafarian reggae artiste Ludlow Chin, better known as ‘Bobo Zaro’.
Meet King Rasheed Adewale Akanbi, the new Oluwo Of Iwoland in Osun State.
King Abdul Rasheed, now known as the Imperial Oluwo of the Iwo Kingdom in Nigeria, after his ascendancy on November 10, 2015, had met the 32-year-old Chanel in Canada, where he resided before his ascension.
When the then Prince Akanbi informed her he would be crowned as king in Nigeria, Chanel promised to return home with him and the rest is history.
The 32-year-old Toronto-based Jamaican factory worker is now the Queen Oluwo Of Iwo.
In a chat with a The Gleaner, she said: “My ancestors were taken away as slaves, but I have returned to Africa as a queen. One’s destiny cannot be altered. As a young child, I always wanted to come to Africa, but didn’t know how. I feel this is a great opportunity for black people worldwide to return to their home. ”
She also added that she is yet to overcome the language barrier. “ I know some Yoruba words. Everyday, I am still learning. Another challenge is that the food is quite different from our mouth- watering Jamaican dishes.”

Dear husband, these 10 things will keep your wife with you; women love no 2 & 10 the most

When you talk of the things husband should do to keep their wives, the first thing you should consider is how he can satisfy her.
Happy couples do not make an effort to keep the relationship happy, rather, they take pleasure in keeping the relationship happy.
Love and relationship are a trial and error often times, but it takes experience and maturity to read the opposite sex better. Any good man wants you to be happy and if he cannot help you do that, it makes him unhappy.
But to help you out of your misery, Esther Odili has come up with things husbands can do to keep their relationship intact.
1. Understand her
If you want to please your woman, you need to start by understanding her and accepting her the way she is. Make her feel like she has a warm and special place in your mind and in your heart. Remember this might take some time, but with patience, you will get to know who she is and as well learn to make her become the woman you want her to be.
Because before marriage, she was trained by either her parents or guardian, but now that she is married, there might be some traits in her that do not tally with your expectations of her. You do not need to panic; all you need to do is train her to become your woman and not daddy’s girl.
2. Know her love language
Understand her love language, this will get your work half done. People want to be loved differently, understanding her love language will help you love her the right way. Her interpretation of love may be one who spends quality time with her or may be flooding her with gifts; you don’t love someone on your own terms but on theirs.
READ See How to Deal with Someone who Lied about Sleeping with You
3. Welcome her suggestions
In keeping your wife as a man, make her feel special when she is with you. Never make her feel like she’s an accessory you can choose to wear or not. Don’t take decisions on her behalf. In everything you do, seek her suggestions and when she gives it accept it and include it in whatever you set out to do; so you both will take the glory when you succeed. Women always fell unhappy and rejected when their husbands do not seek their consent on things that are important to them as a couple. So as a man and husband, let her know that her opinions matter to you.
4. Take the lead in her plans and goals in life
As a partner, learn to play an active role in your woman’s life. If she is having a hard time deciding on something, pay genuine attention to it. Carry out research on it. Find out all you can about it and help her make a good decision on it.
Take the lead in her plans and goals in life and when she asks you for help, give her your best. Reason together and come to an agreement on that issue bothering her. When you help your woman make up her mind, she will feel more protected and secure about her futuristic goals and she will be assured she can always count on you for anything. Try everything within your capacity to encourage her to grow and be a better version of herself.
5. Support and encourage her
Don’t stand in the way of her dreams or aspirations. Encourage and support your woman in all that concerns her. Support her aspirations and be the one she can rely on when she finds anything difficult to do. In trying times, encourage her with motivational words and assist her in anything she is lacking by offering a helping hand.
Don’t be the lazy man or one whose wife’s interest does not matter to him. Always put yourself in her shoes and try to do everything in your power to make her happy. Nurture her with words that will build her up and not break her down.
6. Be affectionate
Women love to be touched more than men. While some men feel awkward about holding hands or sharing an occasional hug, women desire the touch of a lover more as it makes them feel special.
Learn to make your wife feel loved by holding hands together, bathing together, kiss her without reason, tell her you love her always. Let her know you can’t keep your hands off her by cuddling her.
You don’t have to show your wife that you love her only in the bedroom, rather show her you love her at every opportunity you are together with her.
7. Be the spiritual leader in the home
Whenever it’s time for morning devotion or bedtime prayer, always take the lead in the spiritual affairs of the home. Pray along with them by leading the prayer session or the Bible study session, while she takes the praise and worship session.
Being spiritual does not mean to fight battles spiritually alone. It means to make your wife the helpmate while you take the front seat as you drive her into the things of God that concerns your home.
8. Participate in house chores
Take part in the house chores. Participate in the house chores by assisting her in the kitchen, fetch water, do the laundry, sometimes you can just tell her to lay on the bed, prepare breakfast and take it to her while she is still on the bed.
Don’t always act like the “Oga in the House kind of man”. When you act that way, it makes her feel like she’s enslaved to you. But when you assist her in the house chores, she will have a sense of belonging to her man.
9. Respect her
Your wife may love you, care for you and believes she’s lucky to have you, but she can still feel unhappy with you and this can affect your relationship with her. When you listen to what she has to say, it will make her know you have respect for her and her thoughts.
Taking part in house chores involves the creation of a peaceful and well-managed home environment. You and your wife may share household chores and other home responsibilities equally.
10. Satisfy her in bed
Satisfying a woman in bed is not an art. All it takes is a deeper understanding of your partner and her needs. As long as you put partners’ sexual needs ahead of yours, and remember to keep sex fresh, your sex life will stay exciting and alive for a long time. As you know, the most powerful sexual organs humans have are not in our underpants. They are in our heads.
More than anything else in your body, your brain plays the most important role in great sex. So, to truly have amazing sex and satisfy your woman in bed, you need to learn how to make her mind enjoy the things you do in bed.
Get this right, and she will surely be satisfied. Because sexual satisfaction depends on emotional intimacy. Keeping romance alive in marriage is crucial. And this is not just about making love, it is about giving love in everyday little acts of caring that shows your spouse how much he or she means to you.

Pastor E.A Adeboye Is A Murderer, has killed a cop – Kemi Olunloyo

Kemi Omololu Olunloyo, daughter of former Oyo state Governor Victor Omololu Olunloyo and popularly known for her controversial statements on social media, in a recent interview with Pulse TV said Pastor EA Adeboye is a murderer.

“In 1971, Adeboye thought he was shooting an armed robber, but he shot a cop instead,”she said.
Olunloyo added that Pastor Adeboye criticizes single mothers’ and that is why she keeps going after him on social media.
“Adeboye said if you are a single mother you have no worth; I am a single mother, we have worth, we don’t have to be married,” Olunloyo said.
“You don’t have to be married to have children,” she added.
She further lamented on how he criticizes women who bleach or whiten their skins and how a woman can be fulfilled without being married.
“I drove a $55,000 Toyota Land Crusier in America, I made a $150,000 annually as a pharmacist, not adding what I made as a journalist.
“I was featured on Vogue in 1995 on a financial article,” she bragged.
“So why would he say I have no worth? That’s the only reason I am going after him.”....

7 strong Nigerians President Buhari cannot ‘touch’ (Photos)

April 1, 2016 — Leave a Comment

President Muhammadu Buhari may be the most powerful person in Nigeria by virtue of his position, however, there are some people he holds in high esteem.
For this reason, many have insisted that the president cannot touch these people regardless of whatever wrong the Nigerian public has associated their names with.
These people, also, are part of the shakers and movers of the Nigerian political scene, although occasionally from the background, they are behind certain decisions made by President Buhari (which Nigerians get to see).
Below is a list of seven people.........

Chief Olusegun Obasanjo
Touted as one of Nigeria’s strongest politicians ever, Obasanjo, a former Nigerian president, is one of the ‘untouchable’ Nigerians in this age.
Despite the fact that many calls have been made by many Nigerians and different groups for the probe of the former military ruler, he has never for once been invited for questioning by the anti-graft agencies over any form of misappropriation.
He has also been within the corridors of power since he became Nigeria’s democratically-elected president in 1999. Chief Obasanjo, a respected Ogun high chief, has also parleyed with every president who has emerged he left the post.
Ex-president Olusegun Obasanjo wants Nigerians to shun violence and embrace peace.

Major General Abdulsalami Abubakar
His eleven-month rule over Nigeria (from June 1998-May 1999), especially because of the manner in which he relinquished power to a civilian, has earned him a legendary status in Nigeria.
Whether or not he is guilty of any form of corrupt act, Abdulsalami has overseen many of the conflict resolution committees in the country, and was also reportedly among those who aided ex-president Goodluck Jonathan in making that invaluable call to President Muhammadu Buhari to concede defeat in last year’s presidential election.
And despite the fact that his name has been consistently mentioned in the infamous Halliburton scandal, there has not been any reason for him to be invited over for questioning.
Abdulsalami Abubakar says natonal untiy needed to help the govt fight Boko Haram.

Ex-president Goodluck Jonathan
Nigeria’s former president’s administration has been termed the most corrupt in the country’s history, this is no longer news, but Nigerians have been stunned that he is yet to be invited by the anti-graft.
Such was the corruption under his administration that The Economist referred to him as an ineffectual buffoon for watching his ministers and cronies swindle monies under his watchful eyes.
The reason for this is not far fetched, he is one of the most powerful Nigerians who remain untouchable for the present Nigerian president.
Unconfirmed sources revealed that one of the reasons he made that call to President Buhari after losing the March 2015 presidential election, was because he had been promised a soft-landing as soon as he relinquishes power smoothly.
After his loss, he has been invited to countless events, where he has been asked to mentor upcoming leaders, as well as other African leaders on peace and conflict resolution.

Alhaji Atiku Abubakar
One of those fingered in the Halliburton case, Nigeria’s former vice president is surely one of the most powerful Nigerians in this generation.
He is not just one of the stakeholders in the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Atiku ranks as one of those who make decisions in the northern part of the country.
There were even reports that there was friction between him and Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu over the 2019 presidency, as he was believed to have started parleying with some of his loyalists to take over from President Buhari.
But, in spite of all the claims made against Atiku, President Buhari is said to hold him in high esteem and cannot seem to find any fault against him.
Atiku is also one of the many philanthropic Nigerians, and this gesture has endeared him to many.
Former vice president, Atiku Abubakar is surely a powerful Nigerian.

General Ibrahim Badamosi Babangida
Another name mentioned in the infamous Halliburton Scandal, General Babangida is another Nigerian who remains ever powerful.
Fondly referred to as ‘Maradona’, the former Military president has been acting behind the scene since he left office in 1993.
He is mostly famous in the Nigerian political sphere for his annulment of the June 12, 1993 presidential which late Moshood Kashimawo Abiola was believed to have won among other corruption allegations.
Many groups and bodies have called for his probe as they believe his regime was the most corrupt of all former Nigerian military heads, but like others on this list, he remains one of those President Buhari is yet to invite for questioning.
Perhaps, a day is coming when the Halliburton scandal would be reopened and he would be mentioned for questioning. But at the moment, he remains an untouchable political figure operating from the background.
Even Wikipedia refers to him as a member of the Peoples Democratic Party.
Ex-military president, Ibrahim Babangida is also among those fingered in the Halliburton scandal.

Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu
The Jagaban of Borgu, as he is fondly called, is arguably the most powerful politician in the country at this moment.
The former two-term governor of Lagos state and national leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), almost single-handedly oversaw the ouster of the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the 2015 general elections and has attained a legendary status in the country (especially among Yorubas) ever since.
But, then, he has been plagued with series of controversial allegations.
Many believe that he has many skeletons in his cupboard, but then he has never been convicted of committing any corrupt act.
He remains one of the shakers of Nigeria’s economy and about the greatest decision maker in the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) despite the fact that he is only a national leader of the party.
Some Nigerians even believe that he is as strong as President Buhari or even stronger.

Rotimi Amaechi
He is touted as the Lion of Niger Delta, Rotimi Amaechi is one of Nigeria’s most rugged politicians.
Amaechi, a former governor of Rivers state, is Nigeria’s minister of transport, having gone through a stern screening session at the National Assembly.
His screening was postponed severally because there were reports of corruption allegations against him from certain quarters in his native Rivers state, but when it eventually held, Amaechi noted publicly that he had never collected bribe in his life.
President Buhari had been asked to probe the former Speaker of the Rivers state House of Assembly, for corruption as many also believe he dug into the state’s coffers to ensure the APC won the last general elections, a major reason sources say the president cannot probe him.
About two weeks ago, there was violence in the Niger Delta state and Amaechi was in the state and allegedly contributed to the malpractice in the election.
Yet, the president still rates him as one of his most trusted allies, especially within the APC caucus. Maybe the former governor would be invited for questioning in the coming months, but as things stand now, President Buhari cannot still touch him.
Rotimi Amaechi is regarded as the Lion of Niger Delta
